To meet the requirement laid down by SECP, where an agent engaged in introduction or selling of the takaful products under rule 36 of the Takaful rules 2005, is required to attend a certificate course on takaful concepts, Pakistan Insurance Institute in collaboration with the takaful operators designed a 16 lecture hours course titled ‘Orientation to Takaful for General Takaful Agents’
Shahriah expert along with the professionals working in the takaful companies conduct the course.
Participants who would have met the 75% minimum attendance requirement are awarded certificate on successfully completion of the course.
